Pedimos a gentileza que nestes casos, nos repassem o máximo de informações e evidências, sejam prints, nomes ou contato de testemunhas, grupo ou edição do incidente, horário, descrição dos envolvidos, local específico ou qualquer detalhe que possa nos levar à melhor apuração do caso e portanto a uma resposta rápida e uma solução adequada. A Green Helmet, em sintonia com as melhores práticas da Internet, assume o seu compromisso anti-SPAM e se compromete por todos os meios possíveis impedir que seus clientes recebam e pratiquem SPAM, utilizando o recurso de envio de mensagens disponível na plataforma do evento. Entende-se por SPAM o envio de uma ou mais mensagens à caixa postal de alguém que não a solicitou. O cliente que aceitar o presente termo, automaticamente estará aceitando o compromisso de não praticar SPAM ou qualquer outra modalidade de envio não solicitado. Caso tenhamos qualquer denúncia de prática de SPAM ou que seja confirmada pela nossa equipe, a conta automaticamente será bloqueada e um comunicado será enviado ao cliente sobre a acusação. Caso seja verificada a prática de SPAM por parte de um dos participantes, a denúncia sobre esta ocorrência pode ser feita enviando-se o e-mail recebido sem solicitação, para o endereço contato@flipside.com.br.

A Green Helmet entende que a privacidade e a segurança de dados pessoais de seus participantes são fundamentais. Por isso, seus dados somente serão compartilhados com nossos patrocinadores mediante o seu consentimento, que ocorrerá ao pedir informações, através do botão REQUEST INFO disponível nos estantes virtuais. As informações compartilhadas com terceiros ficam sujeitas às respectivas políticas de privacidade dos mesmos. Esse procedimento sempre foi seguido por nós desde a primeira edição do evento, e agora se tornam um requisito legal para todas as conferências do país, com a publicação da LGPD.

O ingresso é válido apenas para o dia indicado, não podendo ser devolvido nem trocado.
O conteúdo transmitido é protegido por direitos autorais. Estão terminantemente proibidas as gravações e transmissões em áudio ou vídeo de totalidade ou de parte do evento por qualquer meio.
O titular de ingresso declara expressamente aceitar que sua imagem, áudio e comentários no chat da plataforma possam ser captados e gravados durante a realização do evento, pelo que cede, desde já, de modo gratuito e definitivo, aos promotores do evento, todos os direitos de uso da imagem, áudio e textos que possui para todos os fins.
Os organizadores reservam-se no direito de alterar, a qualquer momento, sem aviso prévio ou qualquer outra condição, a programação e horários pré-estabelecidos, bem como a data do evento que veio a ser divulgada, especialmente por motivo de força maior ou caso fortuito.
Se a data for adiada por qualquer motivo, o ingresso será válido para a data que for definida posteriormente. Em caso de cancelamento do evento, o valor do ingresso válido para essa data, será devolvido na íntegra ao portador salvo o disposto no item seguinte.
Não caberá reembolso do valor do ingresso se ocorrer atraso, interrupção do evento e/ou substituição da programação e das atividades, resultante da ocorrência de situação de natureza extraordinária ou imprevisível alheia à vontade dos organizadores.
É proibida a revenda de ingresso, bem como a sua utilização para fins promocionais ou institucionais sem o consentimento expresso e por escrito dos promotores do evento.
A organização do evento não se responsabiliza por ingressos que não sejam emitidos pelo site www.eventbrite.com.br.
Conforme a lei do consumidor, o participante tem até 7 dias para cancelar e reembolsar o valor do ingresso. Para cancelar e receber o reembolso, basta ir no Eventbrite e clicar em cancelar inscrição.
O titular do ingresso declara expressamente que leu, compreendeu e aceitou estes Termos e Condições e que está totalmente ciente dos direitos e obrigações que deles emanam, que após a efetiva compra do ingresso e o aceite dos Termos e Condições do EVENTBRITE e PATHABLE dar-se á como aceito o presente termo.

You can choose to make an anonymous report if it makes you more comfortable. In such cases, we kindly ask you to provide us with as much information and evidence as possible, whether screenshots, names or contact details of witnesses, group or edition of the incident, time, description of those involved, specific location or any details that may lead us to the best investigation of the case and therefore to a quick response and an appropriate solution. All information given to us will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.

Green Helmet, in line with the best practices on the Internet, assumes its anti-SPAM commitment and undertakes by all possible means to prevent its customers from receiving and practicing SPAM, using the message sending feature available on the event platform. SPAM means the sending of one or more messages to the mailbox of someone who has not requested it. The customer who accepts this term will automatically be accepting the commitment not to practice SPAM or any other unsolicited form of submission. If we receive any report of SPAM practice or that is confirmed by our team, the account will be automatically blocked and a communication will be sent to the customer about the accusation. If the practice of SPAM is verified in one of the participants, the report on this occurrence can be made by sending the e-mail received without request, to the address contato@flipside.com.br.

Green Helmet understands that the privacy and security of its participants' personal data is critical. For this reason, your data will only be shared with our sponsors with your consent, which will occur when requesting information, through the REQUEST INFO button available on the virtual shelves. Information shared with third parties is subject to their respective privacy policies. This procedure has always been followed by us since the first edition of the event, and now it has become a legal requirement for all conferences in the country, with the publication of the LGPD.

The ticket is valid only for the day indicated, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
The transmitted content is protected by copyright. Audio or video recordings and transmissions of all or part of the event by any means are strictly prohibited.
The ticket holder expressly declares that he/she accepts that his/her image, audio and comments in the platform chat may be captured and recorded during the event, and he/she grants herein all the rights to use the image, audio and texts he/she owns for all purposes to the event promoters free of charge and definitively.
The organizers reserve the right to change, at any time, without prior notice or any other condition, the pre-established program and schedules, as well as the date of the event that came to be disclosed, especially due to force majeure or fortuitous event.
If the date is postponed for any reason, the ticket will be valid for the date that is defined later. In case of cancellation of the event, the value of the ticket valid for that date will be returned in full to the holder, except as provided in the following item.
There will be no refund of the ticket price if there is a delay, interruption of the event and/or replacement of the schedule and activities, resulting from the occurrence of an extraordinary or unpredictable situation beyond the will of the organizers.
Resale of tickets is prohibited, as well as their use for promotional or institutional purposes without the express and written consent of the promoters of the event.
The event organization is not responsible for tickets that are not issued on the website www.eventbrite.com.br.
According to the consumer law, the participant has up to 7 days to cancel and ask for the refund of the ticket price. To cancel and receive your refund, go to Eventbrite and click on unsubscribe.
The ticket holder expressly declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions and that he/she is fully aware of the rights and obligations that emanate from them, that after the effective purchase of the ticket and acceptance of the EVENTBRITE and PATHABLE Terms and Conditions, this term shall be deemed accepted.
